Purpose of the appraisal: Sale of a property
Mr. Erlik provided us with excellent advice regarding a somewhat larger property with land, giving us a good overview of the potential and risks, and helping us with our subsequent decisions. His demeanor during the viewing was friendly, attentive, and at the same time, he maintained the necessary discretion towards the real estate agent. I can recommend Mr. Erlik without reservation.
